As of December 2009, The PRI Group has moved to a new operating facility at 600 Thomas Dr. in Bensenville, IL 60106. This new building includes two large drive-in doors, 26 dock doors, interior rail service and high ceilings throughout the facility. These and many more upgrades will help The PRI Group further service its clients.

In 2007, The PRI Group was formed with the purchase of the operating assets of Paper Recovery Inc.  While working for Paper Recovery as salesmen, Tony Varchetto and Ed Arana recognized an opportunity to purchase the company. With investors and advisors in place, the pair completed the buyout and The PRI Group was formed.

Our Chicagoland recycling facility processes virtually all recyclable commodities offering businesses more effective and affordable waste management and waste removal services. Our brokerage operation assists businesses throughout the U.S. and provides tailored solutions to meet the growing demands of our clients. Tony Varchetto currently serves as President and CEO of The PRI Group. With 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Varchetto provides leadership and a vision to help The PRI Group execute its customer centric goals and benchmarks.

Ed Arana serves as Director of Sales and Marketing for The PRI Group. Through his 15 years of industry experience, Ed has developed relationships that assist the Company in developing strategic partners in the paper and waste recovery industry.  These relationships assist his team of salespeople by providing competitive pricing and consistent strong customer service. Our customers are not prepared to stockpile their scrap so these networks of partners assist Mr. Arana and his team in providing constant movement.

Jeff Gosmire, a former commerical banker, was involved in the early stages with Arana and Varchetto in the buyout of Paper Recovery. Mr. Gosmire assisted in pulling together investors and bankers to fund the transaction. In addition to being one of the initial investors, Mr. Gosmire joined the team as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer / VP of Administration.
